Start It Smart is seeking for an ambitious and results-driven Graphic and Web Designer with diverse skills and passion to contribute in a team-oriented, customer service environment.
We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join our creative team and help us manage the day-to-day demands for design from internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- create custom landing page with lead generation in mind for our various websites
- select & crop photos in Photoshop
- design custom advertising campaigns focused on lead generation or call-to-actions
- improve usability of websites via changing design elements
- creates custom e-mail campaigns
Requirements:
- excellent web and graphics skills
- creativity and imagination
- adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in designing with Photoshop and Adobe Flash
- ability to work independently as well as within a team
- understand landing page optimization techniques via simplistic designs focused on call-to-actions
